Zen Den Safe Space & Telehealth Center
St. Peter’s Kitchen is a remote telehealth site in collaboration with His Branches; a faith based Community Health Center.
Patients who have difficulty accessing Primary Care or Mental Health services can use our safe space and Zen Den to access providers at His Branches through a telehealth hook-up.
His Branches Community Health Center, a neighborhood cornerstone, has a Social Worker/Case Management and can provide help with housing, job security, and transportation to medical appointments.
In addition, our telehealth hook-up can enable access to other providers.
